Unifaun ERPConnect is a service that is attached to the business system or similar to direct order information to one of Unifaun’s online systems. The service makes it possible for the online system to receive address and order information generated in a different system – as long as this system can generate a text file in a format that Unifaun’s online system can read. The intention is to recycle information about receivers, order numbers, freight method, etc. – i.e. information that must be included on printed freight documents. The result is faster and more efficient handling of the print process, as well as a reduction in the number of errors when registering information prior to printing.

Together with Unifaun ERPConnect, Unifaun’s online system can create a solution that is so efficient that users only need to work in the business system, with the print process running automatically – if this is a work method that suits the customer, of course. Unifaun ERPConnect can be used with any business system. The only condition is that the business system can generate text files in XML, Pacsoft format, tab-separated text or – with the assistance of Unifaun FileConverter, any interpretable text.

With the help of our UnifaunTransport package, users can easily integrate our products with Visma Administration to make it simple to generate labels and freight documents.
