Once you have filled in the form and checked the box to indicate that you accept the agreement, all the necessary information will be sent to you by e-mail. You can then start using Unifaun Online directly as soon as you have received your userID and password!

Unifaun Online

Unifaun Online is a Web-based service that handles your printing of labels, freight notes, dispatch lists, EDI, customs documents, reports and the like. The system also processes all your history of completed dispatches, tracking, controls and/or exports for further analysis.

Unifaun Online Plus

To make it quick and simple for you to deal with your daily dispatches and freight operations, we have set up Unifaun Online with a range of standardised basic functions to help you administrate your transport assignments in a flexible manner. Our standard print functions are designed to accommodate the requirements of various services. You can also save print setups and then modify them as and when you need to. Unifaun Online is both language and region-neutral, which means that users can switch between Swedish and English. With the correct settings and date format, they can also work across international boundaries in real time. The system maintains a complete history of dispatches, and features comprehensive search functions. The basic range of functions also includes carrier-unique dispatch lists, guest login, import of addresses, receivers and senders, etc.

 

The Plus package naturally provides you access to services and functions over and above those included in the Standard package. Our Plus package makes it even easier to control the processing and administration of your changes and freight documents. Using the comprehensive profile management function, you can administrate rights and roles for your users – which makes it even simpler to keep track of who is allowed to do what in the system. The Plus version also features advance notification via e-mail, export functions, balancing functions and price enquiries.

In addition, the five biggest carriers in the Nordic region are included as standard: Bring Parcels, DB Schenker, DHL, DSV and Posten, along with neutral carriers.

Contractual period, terms and conditions

The agreement runs for a period of one (1) month, automatically extended for one (1) month at a time. Under the agreement, the current price per dispatch in Unifaun Online Plus (including Standard) is SEK 2 – min. SEK 200 per month.
