Apohem is a rapidly growing online pharmacy owned by Axfood and Novax. Apohem will be opening a new warehouse in Årsta during the autumn of 2020, and will also therefore be establishing new processes and systems for logistics.
Apohem is constantly working to improve the delivery experience for customers and has chosen to use Unifaun’s DeliveryCheckout in order to achieve this objective. The function gives Apohem the opportunity to increase conversion through adding and changing delivery options at the checkout without a code.
“For Apohem, it was important to find a solution that made it easy to add and customise delivery options while further enhancing the customer experience. We look forward to starting work with Unifaun’s DeliveryCheckout”, says Gustav Hasselgren, CEO of Apohem.
During the last few years, Unifaun DeliveryCheckout has become an important piece of the puzzle for hundreds of Nordic online retailers. In most cases, these online retailers also use Unifaun’s services for printing package labels, booking a carrier, and tracking and shipment notification. However, in Apohem’s case, the process has been implemented by a third-party logistics expert with another booking solution. Despite this, Unifaun DeliveryCheckout can be implemented immediately. The product is flexible, and it can be used as a widget, through an API, or in Klarna checkout.
“We are extremely pleased with the confidence shown by Apohem and strongly believe in the group behind the efforts. It’s also great that Apohem is already running DeliveryCheckout, even if Unifaun is not the provider of the booking solution, yet. This shows the flexibility of our product”, says Fredrik Alfort, supervising salesperson at Unifaun.
In addition to Unifaun DeliveryCheckout, Apohem will start using Unifaun Online in the autumn for the digital management of all of its deliveries, as well Unifaun Analytics in order to have full control of all aspects of the supply chain, which creates conditions for continuous improvement.
