The lifestyle brand GANT has been using Memnon Networks’ transport management system Memnon Apport and recently decided to expand the cooperation. This means that Swedish and Nordic orders in GANT’s web shop now automatically generate a transport booking through Memnon Networks TMS-system via integration. Relevant transport documents are printed and the transport status of the orders is continuously updated in GANT’s e-commerce platform. In that way, GANT does not have to use manual booking processes when customers throughout the Nordic region shop for clothing, accessories and such in GANT’s web shop.
Katarina Johansson, E-commerce manager at GANT says:
“The transport booking process runs very smooth in Memnon Networks TMS-system. We can handle all deliveries to our Nordic e-commerce customers in an easy and efficient manner, which naturally simplifies our work.”
Karl Björk is responsible for the account at Memnon Networks:
“GANT is an exciting client who, with their international success, has a great deal of shipments to end-customers as well as to retailers. I am very pleased that we through a successful cooperation now take another step forward and include the shipments to e-commerce customers in Sweden and the rest of the Nordic region in Memnon’s TMS-system.”
