Swedish department store NK is launching an online shop and has chosen to offer its customers an optimal delivery experience right from the start with Unifaun DeliveryCheckout. The web shop was built on the Episerver platform together with e-commerce consultant Avensia, which specializes in solutions for large e-retailers. As Delivery Management system, NK has chosen Unifaun Online for selecting carriers, sending correct EDI and printing packaging labels.
To ensure that all customers get the opportunity to choose how they want their products delivered, NK decided to implement Unifaun’s DeliveryCheckout shipping selector in their checkout. With Unifaun DeliveryCheckout, NK can add and delete delivery options based on what they decide to make visible to their customers, enabling them to be more responsive to their customers’ wants and needs.
NK’s online shop will gradually expand as more and more of the store’s departments join in. NK Sport was the first out, and the product range will increase weekly in a successive launch. The goal is for all departments to eventually be represented.
