The solution chosen by GetInspired.no includes Unifaun DeliveryCheckout, a cloud-based digital solution providing different shipping options for its checkout process, as well as API integration with its Episerver e-commerce platform. This solution has also been set up with an existing Consignor Delivery Management system and with Klarna as a payment solution.
“We’re expecting to achieve a higher conversion rate and greater customer satisfaction with this partnership. Customers have never been more concerned about delivery options than they are now. We’re looking forward to developing a comprehensive and optimized solution for DeliveryCheckout together with Unifaun,” says Sindre Landevåg, General Manager at GetInspired.no
“As a professional e-commerce stakeholder, GetInspired.no is always working on improving the customer journey and the buying experience. This gives them a very flexible and efficient tool that allows them to offer their customers choices – they’ll be able to choose from different carriers such as PostNord and Helthjem, and a number of new ones in the future. The aim of this is to increase both customer satisfaction and the conversion rate.” Alexander Hoff, Regional Sales Manager at Unifaun.
