“The influence of customer behaviour” – Andreas Randel

During the event “600 minutes Supply Chain” the Sales & Marketing Director at Memnon/Unifaun, Andreas Randel, was asked to give his expert opinion regarding how customer behaviour will influence future Supply Chains. Around 200 men and women at leading positions within supply chain from some of Sweden’s largest companies met during “600minutes Supply Chain” and discussed future logistics. The event was held by Management Events who are specialists at exclusive business events.

In the video below Andreas talks about how customers expect their supplier to have a high degree of information regarding the location of their goods and when it is estimated to be delivered. He also gives a few tips on how you as a supplier can take control over this and how you can start looking at the inbound part of your supply chain.
