76,5 % rates Memnon Networks’ support 7 points or higher.
Users in Memnon Networks’ TA-system have recently participated in a user survey where they amongst other things answered to questions regarding the support. The users graded the competence and customer treatment on a scale från 0-10 (where 0 = Not good at all and 10 = Very good). The results are very positive for the support! The percentage giving the customer treatment 7 points or higher are 73,5 % and regarding the competence of the support, the numbers are even higher. As many as 76,5 % give the support 7 points or higher.
“Incredible numbers, this is great!” says Joakim Sundberg, head of support at Memnon Networks, when being asked about the numbers. He continues:
“We have high demands on competence and on customer treatment internally and it is great to see that the users really appreciate our work. An important part of our strategy is to have a qualitative support where the users feel that we are always available to answer any of their questions.”
Memnon Networks has long had a highly rated support for their TA-systems and are continuously working on keeping a high quality on the support. This includes everything from selective recruitment and internal training to short response time and a positive customer treatment. In addition to high operational stability and efficient TA-systems, a qualitative support is one of the basic foundations for Memnon Networks. It is evident that the investments pay off when the user surveys year after year show the same thing: Memnon Networks’ support is very appreciated!
* The user survey was performed by randomly selected users in Memnon Apport and Web-TA during november 2013. The user survey was answered by 290 users.
