Yesterday, Thursday March 5, D-Congress 2020 was held. It is by far Sweden’s largest e-commerce event. As usual, Unifaun was in place and we had Mats & Axel on stage to share our thoughts on future deliveries and what a true customer focus means.
As part of D-Congress, the prize D-Awards is awarded. The prize is awarded to a company that drives the digital development forward. Who dare stick out their chin with innovative ideas that make you want to come back and shop more.
Ahead of D-Congress, the renowned jury, consisting of the board of Svensk Digital Handel, had nominated three finalists; Skincity, Sneakersnstuff and Pierce. During the day, over 2000 participants got the possibility to digitally vote on the company they considered mostly deserved the award.
And the winner is …. Skincity!

The jury’s reason for why Skincity takes home the 2020 D-Award is:
“Skincity has literally taken the certified skin therapist online, created an extraordinary customer experience and has been profitable since its inception in 2011.
